Three key trends, the Central Basin Platform, Midland Basin and Val Verde Basin, located in West Texas are a mainstay of Range's developmental drilling in the region. These moderate- to low-risk opportunities target the San Andres, Canyon and Wolfcamp formation at depths of 4,500 to 9,000 feet. Application of advanced geoscience techniques has allowed Range to find and execute profitable drilling opportunities in these mature fields, which were previously considered fully developed.
