Range Resources is an independent oil and gas company with operations in the Southwestern, Appalachian and Gulf Coast regions of the United States.  The Company pursues an organic growth strategy at low finding costs by exploiting its inventory of more than 12,000 low-risk development drilling opportunities.  A large portion of the Company’s drilling inventory consists of unconventional resource plays targeting shales, coal bed methane and tight oil and gas reservoirs.   Our “Big Three” projects – Barnett Shale, Marcellus Shale and the Nora Field – represent between 18-26 Tcfe in unrisked resource potential based  on current estimates, or up to 10 times our existing proved reserve base.
