Range management supports an extensive HSE (health, safety, environmental) program, with dedicated staff in each divisional office. Our HSE staff members conduct frequent site visits and regularly engage employees in preparedness and safety programs. Our goal is to continuously reinforce personal responsibility with all employees and contractors and to ensure compliance with the many laws, regulations and internal standards that govern our processes. We also employ a large scientific staff, which include a number of engineers, who design and operate our facilities according to industry best practices.
