David P. Poole, Senior Vice President – General Counsel & Corporate Secretary - joined Range in June 2008. Mr. Poole has over 21 years of legal experience. From 2004 until March 2008 he was with TXU Corp., serving last as Executive Vice President – Legal, and General Counsel. Prior to joining TXU, Mr. Poole spent 16 years with Hunton & Williams LLP and its predecessor, where he was a partner and last served as the Managing Partner of the Dallas office. Mr. Poole graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering and a J.D. magna cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law.
