At Range, our commitment to fostering thriving communities is driven by our employees. We provide resources to support and encourage our employees to volunteer their time and give back to help our communities.

These efforts are guided by our “Invest, Inform and Educate” platform, which creates a strategic framework that ensures we are delivering the greatest impact to the communities we serve.

Over the years our corporate giving program has invested over $10 million into nonprofit and civic organizations in the areas where we operate, with over 10,000 employee hours spent delivering valuable resources and a helping hand to our local communities.

Our employees have found new ways to engage the community, which include the creation of our Good Neighbors Fund, our 2000 Turkeys holiday food drive and the Junior Athena Workshop, which aims to build confidence, personal presence and networking skills for hundreds of female students in Washington County.

Our employees also participate in a variety of charitable fundraising programs such as Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, American Cancer Society, March of Dimes, Multiple Sclerosis Society, United Way, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Marines Toys for Tots, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Junior Achievement, as well as local fire departments, scouts, chambers of commerce, festivals, museums and animal shelters.
